| Preparation |
Add butter to sauce pan over medium heat. Add bacon,
scallions and parsley. Sauté for five minutes. Add cream and heat to 80
degrees. Add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and simmer until sauce starts to
thicken. Then add chicken and simmer three more minutes. Pour over cooked
pasta and toss and before serving. Sprinkle with black pepper and parmesan cheese.
